Job Title: Senior Associate Scientist, Biologics Pilot Lab Operations – this role plans and executes pilot scale purification operations to generate materials to support toxicology studies as well as Research and Biologics Development activities. The person will be responsible for Pilot Lab operation readiness, staff training, innovation and technology evaluation in collaboration with process development groups to improve Pilot Lab operation capacity, efficiency and process productivity. This role is expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to the successful filings of Gilead's biologics entities.
Salary range: $126,820.00 - $164,120.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
