Job Summary

The firm is looking for a talented, ambitious litigation attorney to join a forward‑thinking team dedicated to high‑stakes employment law cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for employment and class action matters.
• Supervise litigation teams and vendors, ensuring high‑quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Manage client relationships, communicating strategy, status updates, and settlement options.
• Draft and respond to discovery, initial pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
• Conduct witness interviews, take depositions, and manage deposition defense.
• Research extensive legal topics and produce analytical works that shape litigation strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on employment and/or class action law preferred.
• Strong drafting, advocacy, and legal research skills.
• Excellent academic credentials; strong writing and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Admitted to practice in California.
• Self‑starter who can formulate strategy and produce documents with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Salary range: $185,000–$215,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Hybrid working flexibilities are available.
