Overview

LHH is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong GL experience and a background in public accounting or CPA firm work to join our long time client in San Francisco. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small company setting and is passionate about helping families manage their financial lives holistically.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the general ledger and month-end close processes
• Support high-net-worth families with financial reporting, tax coordination, and planning
• Collaborate across teams to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations
• Contribute to wealth management and family office services with a hands-on approach
• Apply public accounting insights to strengthen internal controls and reporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a GL/Senior Accountant, ideally with public accounting or CPA firm background
• Passion for working with families and delivering comprehensive financial support
• Familiarity with wealth management and family office structures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
