$155,000.00/yr - $195,000.00/yr

Position Overview

As the Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in managing the company's financial operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting process improvements as we scale. This role offers an excellent chance to grow in a dynamic, rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare financial statements and variance analyses to support decision-making.
• Work closely with the Controller to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage and support AP/AR processes, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate audits and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support the company's growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including experience in a start-up or growth-stage company.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
