The Division of Geriatrics is seeking a part‑time Research Data Analyst who brings advanced statistical and research software programming techniques to support projects focused on improving care for older adults with serious illness. The primary project is a National Institutes of Health–funded study that aims to improve hospice care for racial and ethnic minoritized older adults with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD). Key responsibilities include developing data collection instruments (surveys/interview guides) and conducting in‑depth qualitative interviews in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; outreach and recruitment; coding and analysis of qualitative data; and presenting findings to Chinese‑speaking community partners and other dissemination activities. A successful candidate demonstrates sound judgment in choosing methods and techniques, and has experience in academic research programs. Those with direct experience in qualitative methods and coding are preferred.

$87,900 - $126,900 (Annual Rate)
