Are you passionate about streamlining sales team processes? We seek a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Commercial & Corporate Technology team and transform how Oura manages sales quoting technology for the Commercial organization.

This high‑impact, senior individual contributor role focuses on using Configure Price Quote “CPQ” software Dealhub for the B2B and Partnerships sales teams.

What you will do:

• Own and manage Oura's CPQ system Dealhub, partnering closely with RevOps, IT, and Product.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of CPQ projects, from discovery through rollout.
• Manage ongoing operational maintenance of sales SKUs, pricing, and product configurations, and incorporate new products, currencies, and changes across the catalog.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive systems documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams.
• Support change‑management efforts with cross‑functional partners to ensure successful adoption by end users.

This is a remote US role.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with CPQ and CRM platforms in a RevOps, Business Systems or IT role.
• Strong understanding of sales workflows (quoting, renewals, approvals) and quote‑to‑order processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects with minimal oversight in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience as a Dealhub admin; playbooks, approvals, workflows, and integration configuration experience required.

Nice to have:

• Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with APIs and system automation & integration platforms such as Workato.
