Senior Graphic Designer (Rapt Studio)

Location: San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Brooklyn, NY. Hybrid work: 3 days in studio, others remote.

Annual salary: $90,000 – $140,000.

About the Role

Visual design is vital to the success of all our projects. At Rapt, Senior Graphic Designers are involved in all phases of projects, maintaining a keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects across teams. We're looking for someone who has the confidence and creativity required to be on the frontlines of our work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design work across digital, print, environmental graphic design, and signage/wayfinding projects.
  • Collaborate across disciplines and with teams managing various project scopes.
  • Maintain design quality and consistency while leading design direction.
  • Provide constructive feedback and integrate feedback graciously into final deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong skills and passion for design, typography, conceptual thinking, and visual communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Awareness of current industry and technology standards.

  • Experience managing multiple projects of varying scope and type.
  • Experience across multiple design platforms, such as digital, print, environmental graphic design, and signage/wayfinding design (digital design experience is a plus).
