Our client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a junior IP litigation associate (2–4 years of experience) in the Bay Area to work alongside Chambers-ranked IP partners. The firm offers a supportive hybrid schedule, strong resources for associate career development, and has prioritized expanding its SF presence as part of firm-wide growth.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 2–4 years of IP litigation experience, including patent litigation (hard science background a plus)
• Experience on both plaintiff and defense matters before Federal Court and/or the USPTO (preferred)
• Exceptional legal writing and research skills
• Strong communication skills and ease in working with industry experts
