Senior Product Designer

Full-time Hybrid San Francisco CA

About the Role

We're hiring Senior Product Designers to help shape a next-generation AI-powered creative platform for marketers.

You'll own complex design workflows end-to-end building intuitive interconnected product experiences that help marketing teams move faster and make better decisions.

You'll join a fast-moving startup backed by Accel working directly with engineering and product leadership to define the design culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of core platform experiences from early discovery through high‑fidelity UI and final implementation.
• Conduct user and competitive research to identify product gaps and inform design strategy.
• Partner closely with engineers the founding designer and the CEO to translate ideas into seamless high‑impact features.
• Optimize UX across analytics workflow and collaboration tools for marketers.
• Build and evolve a unified design system ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Embed AI‑driven experiences such as smart recommendations auto‑tagging and creative insights.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance data.

Who You Are

• 5 years of end‑to‑end UX / UI experience with at least 2 years designing B2B products.
• Deep product intuition and systems‑level design thinking.
• Skilled in Figma or equivalent modern design tools.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross‑functionally with engineers and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into simple elegant interfaces.
• Interest in or prior experience with AI‑powered workflows analytics or ad‑tech products.
• Location flexibility : based in San Francisco (3 days in office).
