Founding Product Designer (US & Canada)

Apply to join Infisical as a foundational Product Designer. We're building the open source security infrastructure stack for the AI era.

Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences, focusing on complex infrastructure and security workflows.
• Develop and refine the visual design language across all of Infisical's product lines.
• Create design assets, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes using Figma.

Requirements

• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, functional user experiences.
• A bias toward action – able to make decisions with incomplete information, iterate quickly, and take calculated risks.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma.
• Based in United States or Canada (or willing to relocate to San Francisco).

Bonus

• Familiarity with the latest trends in software product design.
• Experience designing for complex, technical products, ideally within the developer tools or security infrastructure space.
• Basic understanding of frontend development (React, TypeScript).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

How You'll Grow

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping Infisical's future by exploring creative product directions, owning key design decisions, and refining existing user experiences. You'll take full ownership of design engineering at Infisical and help us scale to thousands of customers over the next 18 months.
