As a Senior Product Manager, Content Partnerships on The Sims 4 you will blend business strategy, creative collaboration, and player insights to drive content growth. You will leverage market trends, UX research, and player telemetry to identify and prioritize content opportunities and take ownership of partnership integrations – from building the business case and collaborating with development teams to driving the final go‑to‑market strategy.
LocationThis is a hybrid role, onsite the studio three days a week, in Kirkland, Vancouver, or Redwood City.

Pay RangesIn the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours of sick time per year, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks of paid time off to bond with a baby, medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days of sick time per year, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health, dental, vision coverage, life and disability insurance, and retirement plan to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
