Position: Associate Clinical Supervisor (ABA)

Locations: Richmond, San Pablo

Schedule: Part-Time (3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.)

Setting: Hybrid – In-Home & In-Center

Pay Incentives Starting Now!

We're excited to recognize your leadership and flexibility with increased pay opportunities:

$36–$43/hour based on experience

Bonus: Effective November 16th

• Weekend sessions (Saturday & Sunday):

  ➤ +$10.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

Effective December 1st

• Monday through Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later:

➤ +$5.00 per billable hour on top of your current hourly rate

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians

• Implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans

• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent progress

• Maintain clinical quality and data-driven outcomes

What You Need

• Master's degree (or in progress) in ABA, Psychology, or a related field

• 1–2+ years of ABA or clinical supervision experience

• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred
