About the Role


You will be responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs to increase adoption and activation of our Client for Business product suite by company administrators and their employees/users (think B2B2C). This role specifically focuses on our Enterprise partners, optimizing the welcome invite experience through increasing benefit usage and creating scalable experiences across partners.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders of the Client for Business team, including product, engineering, operations, and other marketers to move key business metrics through the use of CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at navigating ambiguity, and has a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute CRM strategies to increase Enterprise employee activation and benefit usage. This includes growing adoption and awareness of benefits, creating dynamic programs based on company and available perks, and more.
  • Create the strategy and framework to personalize and scale communications based on individual company needs and their users' benefits.
  • Manage the campaign strategy end-to-end, including driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, handing off deliverables to campaign operations partners, identifying target audience segments, and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics, and Strategy teams.
  • Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports.
Qualifications
  • 3 years experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations; B2B/SaaS experience a plus (not a must!).
  • Familiarity with CRM technology including ESPs (Iterable and Braze experience preferred), segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate results of work to the broader team and frequently provides recommended actions.
  • Capable of using analytics tools relevant to day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Experience with campaign experimentation, e.g., A/B, multivariate tests.
  • Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
