Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking an Admin/AP Clerk to join their team in California. This position is ideal for individuals who have a background in property management, real estate, or construction, and who are looking to apply their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role involves a blend of accounts payable tasks and light administrative duties, with opportunities to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Perform light administrative duties to support the team.
- Utilize Sage 300/Timberline software; experience in these is highly preferred.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the department.
- Apply knowledge of property management, real estate, or construction to enhance job performance.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Familiarity with Sage 300/Timberline is highly preferred.
- Background in property management, real estate, or construction is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
