The intern will bring curiosity, organization, and a proactive attitude to support active construction projects. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team setting, takes initiative, and is eager to learn about all aspects of construction management. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will help ensure smooth project operations and strong collaboration among teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Intern's responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
• Reports fill time to a Project Engineer, based in our San Francisco office, visiting jobsite 2+ days per week to review progress.
• Assisting with project documentation including submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and schedules.
• Supporting the coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Helping track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participating in project meetings and site walks to learn about construction operations.
• Assisting with procurement tracking and cost documentation.
• Helping ensure safety standards are maintained on-site.
• Supporting other project-related administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
• Current enrollment in, or recent graduation from, a Construction Management or related program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new programs.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels.
• Able to effectively multi-task and proactively problem solve in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Hourly compensation of $30/HR
