Job Title: Data Entry ClerkJob Description
In this temporary role with the procurement team at a communication technology client, you will support the Oracle system implementation by handling data entry and administrative tasks. You will also assist with cleansing procurement-related master data, including suppliers' information, parts, pricing, and contracts, and gathering new data as needed.
Responsibilities
Enter procurement data, such as suppliers' information, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing, accurately into the Oracle system to support procurement's needs.
Assist in cleansing and updating master data relevant to procurement processes, including supplier records, part numbers, and lead times.
Collect new data required for procurement and implementation tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the procurement team, including organizing documents, maintaining supplier files, and scheduling meetings.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data or administrative issues that arise during the Oracle rollout.
Essential Skills
2+ years of data entry experience
Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and data cleansing
Familiarity with basic administrative tasks and procurement record-keeping
Willingness to learn and work with Oracle ERP systems in a procurement context
Good communication and teamwork skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Oracle
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Strong typing and computer skills
Prior procurement and logistics experience
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site for 5 days a week.

This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
