Bookkeeper Position

Robert Half is partnering with a dynamic and growing organization to find an experienced Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper is responsible for efficiently tracking and managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring all records are organized and accurate. This role supports the accounting department with critical information for budgeting and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
  • Reconcile accounts and generate financial reports.
  • Process incoming payments and track outstanding invoices.
  • Manage payroll accounting and employee expense reports.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping software, such as QuickBooks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
