Clark Hill's transactional and litigation real estate practice group is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our San Francisco office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters as part of a collaborative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience handling real estate closings, title reviews, corporate filings, drafting and recording documents with County Recorders across California, and preparing discovery, trial exhibits and case materials. We're looking for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. This position offers a hybrid‑remote schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely. The salary range at the time of posting is $85,000–$100,000 annually, based upon a full‑time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
