Role Summary
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and highly detailed Catering Venue Manager to join our team for the FIFA World Cup 26 Premier Hospitality Programs.
Location
- SoFi Stadium (Los Angeles, CA)
- Levi's Stadium (Santa Clara, CA / San Francisco, CA)
- Lumen Field (Seattle, WA)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of catering service aligned with FIFA World Cup 26 objectives, ensuring consistency, cultural relevance, and quality.
- Execute catering delivery strategy, staffing models, and service expectations by venue type following On Location's core narrative.
- Collaborate with culinary and logistics teams to ensure realistic, executable plans under live‑event conditions.
- Lead service improvement initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction through innovative food and beverage offerings.
- Gather guest and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities and implement continuous service improvements.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines to meet deliverables in alignment with goals and client expectations.
- Proactively identify potential issues and lead on‑site troubleshooting for flawless execution from planning through live operations.
- Assist the performance team in creating and overseeing tournament time reporting.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years progressive experience in catering or hospitality, with multi‑unit operations and staff leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Food Service, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, DocuSign, and Smartsheet.
- Exceptional organizational and process‑management skills with proven consistency.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure, delivering high performance in deadline‑driven environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with conflict resolution experience.
- Highly reliable with excellent time management, strong work ethic, and proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work long days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods; sit permitted by law or accommodation.
- Conversational English; legally able to work without sponsorship assistance.
- Passes Accreditation process.
Compensation
Weekly base rate of $2,200 (40 hours per week). Hourly rate reflects local hiring ranges and may vary based on qualifications and experience. Ongoing benefits may include health care, retirement, vacation, paid time off, and additional offerings.
