What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Architect credit underwriting, pre‑screen targeting, A/B testing, and credit limit assignment strategies
• Utilize deep analysis to enhance credit card offerings using a comprehensive data ecosystem
• Collaborate with the Data Science team to design new machine learning models
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deploy new strategies effectively
• Monitor performance of strategies and portfolios, documenting results and escalating issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related field
• Proficiency in credit risk strategy and consumer credit analytics
• Experience with analytical strategy development and customer performance data
• Strong skills in EXCEL, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Familiarity with credit strategy analytic life cycle and decision trees
• Experience with A/B testing and regression analysis
• Knowledge of bureau attributes and their application in credit risk management
