Cream Co. Meats is looking for a Production Scheduler to join our team and keep our production running smoothly. This role ensures customer orders are met on time by creating and managing daily and weekly schedules, coordinating across production, supply chain, purchasing, and sales.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Scheduler located in Oakland, CA.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate with teams to align labor, materials, and capacity.
• Adjust schedules quickly to resolve conflicts or bottlenecks.
• Communicate updates clearly across departments.
• Track performance and support continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in production scheduling, planning, or coordination (food/manufacturing a plus).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or scheduling software.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
