Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Software Engineer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing back-end systems, programming, and ensuring code quality. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-performance, scalable applications, and automate tasks ranging from infrastructure to compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming
• Proficiency in Platform or Cloud Engineering
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Strong background in Computer Science concepts
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with LLMs is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
