Software Engineer, Fullstack, Early Career

We are looking for passionate Software Engineers to help us deliver scalable and innovative solutions. You will work across multiple layers of the technology stack, from developing customer‑centric user experiences to building robust backend processes and leveraging large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies. You will learn to design services and experiences that meet the needs of our specialized user base and collaborate with a dynamic team of full‑stack engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of high‑quality software solutions and help prioritize product features.
• Work across the technology stack, from frontend to backend, to deliver end‑to‑end solutions and maintain scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
• Understand customer needs and pain points, translating them into effective technical solutions, and work with cross‑functional teams such as product, design, and customer support.
• Stay current with industry trends, identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, and advocate for new tools and processes to improve development workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience focused on full‑stack development.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with React, Typescript, and Node.js.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Team‑player mindset and ability to collaborate effectively.

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and advanced AI technologies.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $143,000 – $170,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
