We're looking to fill this position with an incredible person whose duties will include, but not be limited to, opening and intake of new client files, data entry, drafting legal documents for attorney review, and client communication. Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications with clients
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Managing filing through various systems
  • Being a strong support to Attorneys and Paralegals
  • Recording information as needed
  • Greet clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations as required
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed
  • Aiding with client reception as needed
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
Qualifications
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Compensation

$21 - $22 hourly
