What to Expect

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, vendor, and customer contracts
• Support M&A activities through due diligence and transaction documentation
• Provide legal advice on compliance, regulatory issues, and business initiatives
• Manage disputes and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation and claims
• Partner with HR on employment-related legal matters

What is Required

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active bar membership in good standing
• 5–7 years of legal experience, including both law firm training and in-house counsel work
• Strong background in commercial contracts, governance, compliance, and employment law
• Excellent communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
