Overview

In-Store Shopper (Online Orders) - Part Time Seasonal

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $25.40/hr. This range is provided by Whole Foods Market. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Work on the Store Support team supporting Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery and/or pickup.
• Shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food and household items to fulfill online orders efficiently.
• Fulfills online orders accurately, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Availability & Scheduling

• Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts are 4-8 hours long.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays, Sundays, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile device) to fulfill orders.
• Detail oriented with focus on product and order accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day; may sit 1-4 hours.
• Hand use: gripping, fine manipulation; push/pull; bending and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and to temperatures ranging from well below freezing to hot environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; use of ladders as needed.

Benefits & Additional Information

The wage range is $19.00-$25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
