Are you a driven construction professional with a passion for building high-quality multifamily, mixed-use, and innovative housing solutions? We're looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale ground-up development, conversion projects, and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) initiatives from concept to completion.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, field teams, and subcontractors while ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and performance outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including development, design, consultants, municipalities, and vendors—to bring projects to life on time and on budget.
