What You'll Do

  • Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for cutting‑edge wastewater projects, from pipelines to pump stations to treatment facilities.
  • Lead master plans and technical studies that shape the future of water recovery.
  • Mentor our rising talent and build lasting client relationships that drive innovation.
  • Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tap into Jacobs' powerhouse network of technical experts.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
  • Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstrated self‑starter.
  • Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.

Ideal Additional Experience

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client‑facing skills.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
