Job Title: Steward Dishwasher

SUMMARY

Responsible for the cleaning of the kitchens, bar and employee restrooms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following, but not limited to:

Must be available to work the overnight shift.

Cleans all floors in the kitchen, bar and wait staff area.

Washes all floor mats.

Cleans all equipment nightly.

Cleans all stainless and sinks.

Performs specialized cleaning duties nightly.

Replaces all equipment in their appropriate area.

Responsible for the cleanliness of the employee restrooms.

Assists in recycling as per company guidelines.

Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times.

Performs shift duties in accurate and timely manner.

Fully understands all fire and emergency procedures.

Follows all company policies.

Maintains good personal hygiene habits.

Promotes positive guest and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Works in areas of high temperatures and moisture.
• Handles sharp objects.
• Stands and walks 99% of the shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• 1 years experience required in the cleaning industry.
