Social Services Director Marin Post Acute

Location: San Rafael, CA Pay: $75,000$100,000/year DOE Full-Time

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee the social services department to ensure residents receive emotional, social, and discharge planning support.

Partner with residents, families, and staff to create care plans that enhance quality of life.

Build community partnerships and advocate for residents' rights and well-being.

Support a resident-centered environment through empathy, communication, and problem solving.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Dependable, caring, and motivated to serve the elderly population.

Prior social services experience in healthcare or skilled nursing (preferred).

Degree in Social Work or related field (required).
