We are looking for a talented commercial lawyer to fill the position of Corporate Counsel. At eero, we have a motto: to make wifi that just works. Youll help us by working directly with the business to negotiate complex transactions that grow our business and help us scale. This Corporate Counsel will work directly with eeros Sales and Business Development to support their activities globally. They will also assist with key third-party vendor negotiations to help the eero business continue to scale. In this role, you will draft and negotiate customer agreements for the sale of eeros hardware and software services. You will provide guidance to eeros partner success team on ongoing contractual arrangements. Additionally, you will lead key negotiations with strategic third-party vendors that support the growth of eeros business.
