Overview

As a Project Manager at Arborist Now, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, closing leads for new clients, and developing new leads. You will build customer relationships by delivering fair estimates, as well as through exceptional service and communication. You will establish trust by demonstrating your knowledge of arboriculture in every communication with client and by providing the right solutions. You must be a great collaborator and manager. The position is primarily remote, serving the San Francisco Bay Area, and involves significant local travel. The Project Manager will be expected to attend some meetings in person in our local facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal annual revenue goal
    • Close 60%+ of leads provided by AN and from past clients
    • Neighborhood outreach around job sites
    • Outreach to past clients via calls and emails
    • Make up the difference between inbound leads and revenue targets through creative marketing and sales efforts in the communities you service.
  • Provide oversight to crews to ensure that jobs are done properly and on-time, and that clients are happy with our work.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities in a timely manner and provide ideas and recommendations to grow and optimize business.
  • Partner with General Manager and other PMs to optimize schedule for efficiency and to hit daily revenue goal.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams to eliminate schedule inefficiencies and wasted time for teams and other PMs.
  • Become proficient HubSpot user and provide recommendations for ongoing system enhancement and optimizations.
  • Follow up with clients to make sure we are paid on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Project Management experience in the field of arboriculture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Also Preferred

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in arboriculture, horticulture, or related field
  • ISA-Certified Arborist or Landscape Professional Certification
  • Ability to acquire applicator licenses as necessary per state requirements
