Responsibilities

• Architect the software infrastructure to be used across the board for all of test engineering - system validation, reliability, manufacturing, and service
• Own the automation to enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Design self-test tools and software to support manufacturing test and field commissioning
• Build and lead a team composed of electrical, software, and test engineers
• Collaborate with test engineering to design lab benches and test setups
• Create hardware and software tools to improve engineering productivity

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent industry experience in electronics or software engineering
• 8+ years of experience in building engineering infrastructure for regression testing, developer productivity, and/or manufacturing.
• Managed a team of at least 5 multi-disciplinary engineers
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Go-lang
• Deep knowledge of build platforms and automation tools like Jenkins
• Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and ability to use tools such as scopes
• Ideally, has worked with high power, high voltage products
• Experience with designing and shipping a high-volume product is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% including internationally
