Job Responsibilities

  • Build and refine the product's Design System from 0 to 1, establish and promote design standards and specifications for interfaces, interactions, and visuals, enabling the sustainable reuse of design assets and efficient collaboration.
  • Deeply participate in the entire product development process, simultaneously acting in a Product Manager role: gain insights into user needs, participate in product solution discussions, and lead the planning of product feature structures and interaction flows.
  • Be responsible for user research, competitive analysis, user persona development, user experience research, and usability testing, continuously optimizing product design to enhance user satisfaction and product core competitiveness.
  • Collaborate deeply with R&D, Product, Operations, and other teams to efficiently drive design implementation and be accountable for the final launched outcome.
  • Stay updated on industry design trends, continuously introduce advanced design concepts and tools, and enhance the team's design capabilities and aesthetic sense.
  • Participate in team building, mentor and guide designers, and foster an efficient, innovative, and excellence-driven design team atmosphere.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Design, Interaction, Art, or related fields. 5+ years of internet product design experience, with a background in building design systems from 0 to 1 or leading core product design.
  • Solid UI/UX design skills, deep understanding and excellent aesthetic sense for minimalist, refined, and modern visual styles, with particular expertise in Apple-style design.
  • Proficient with mainstream design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite), possessing efficient design asset management and collaboration skills.
  • Possess product thinking and user insight, skilled at understanding needs from the user's perspective, with comprehensive experience in user research and product design implementation.
  • Strong cross‑team communication, facilitation, and project management skills, capable of independently overseeing the entire product design process.
  • Self‑motivated, strong sense of responsibility, innovative, with high standards and a sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possessing diverse design capabilities in areas like design system construction, brand design, or motion design is preferred.
  • Experience in a Product Manager or User Researcher role is preferred.
