Pokémon GO is a first‑party development studio within Niantic. As a client developer you will work on client features that make the Pokémon GO experience responsive and engaging. You will collaborate with server engineers, game designers and other stakeholders to create new gameplay features, perform load and performance testing, write unit tests, conduct troubleshooting and contribute to engineering best practices.
The total compensation package for this position includes a new‑hire offer base salary range of $150,500–$176,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by work location and additional factors, including assessed job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
