Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with at least four years of hands‑on litigation experience to join a growing team at Adams & Martin Group. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy and case management skills, with experience or interest in commercial matters. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high‑stakes cases in a collaborative and collegial environment.

Base Pay Range

$180,000.00/yr – $275,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
  • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and discovery motions.
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis.
  • Communicate directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience (defense or plaintiff side).
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in privacy, employment, white‑collar crime, healthcare, real estate, or securities litigation preferred.
  • Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively in a team setting.

Desired Skills and Experience

4+ years litigation experience • Active and in good standing with the CA State Bar
