As our Director of DevOps & Infrastructure, you'll lead the team responsible for ensuring Supio's platform runs fast, reliably, and securely at scale. You'll architect systems that power high-throughput AI workloads, streamline developer velocity, and guarantee uptime for mission‑critical legal data systems.

What You'll

• DoLead and scale Supio's DevOps and infrastructure engineering teams, building a culture of reliability, speed, and automatio
• n.Architect and manage Supio's AWS cloud infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost efficienc
• y.Build systems that support AI model deployment, retrieval workflows, and data-heavy application
• s.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable rapid iteration across multiple product team
• s.Partner with Core Systems, App Experience, and AI Platform teams to ensure smooth, low-latency service deliver
• y.Drive observability and reliability—establishing metrics, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure 99.9%+ uptim
• e.Own infrastructure security and compliance, ensuring customer data integrity and adherence to industry best practice
• s.Evaluate and implement modern tools and frameworks to increase development velocity and operational excellenc
• e.Mentor and grow engineers into world‑class DevOps professionals who think in systems, not silo

Who We're Looking For

• orExperienced DevOps and infrastructure leader who has scaled systems for a high-growth SaaS or AI compan
• y.Deep technical expertise in cloud architecture (AWS preferred), containers, and infrastructure-as-cod
• e.Strong understanding of AI deployment workflows, including model training, inference pipelines, and data orchestratio
• n.Track record of improving uptime, latency, and developer efficiency through thoughtful systems desig
• n.Passionate about security, automation, and operational resilienc
• e.Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across engineering, security, and product team

Qualifications

• nsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fiel
• d.10+ years of relevant engineering experience, including 4+ years leading DevOps or infrastructure team
• s.Proven success operating cloud infrastructure at scale with multi-region deployment
• s.Experience running secure, high-availability systems handling sensitive or regulated dat
• a.Expertise in networking, observability, and performance tuning for data-heavy, low-latency system
• s.Familiarity with MLOps, GPU orchestration, and AI pipeline performance is a strong plu
