This is a high-impact, hands-on role for ML engineers who want to build and ship production models that perform under real-world constraints. As a founding member of the ML team, you'll work across the entire stack to enable human‑like voice agents capable of supporting millions of real‑time conversations.

You'll fine‑tune large language and audio models, implement rigorous evaluation pipelines, and deploy models into latency‑critical environments. You'll own quality end‑to‑end—from experiments and training workflows to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement—while shaping the technical foundation and long‑term ML strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize LLMs and audio models for speed, accuracy, and real‑time performance
• Build datasets and define evaluation metrics that directly guide model improvements
• Ship models to production and ensure stability, reliability, and responsiveness at scale
• Design mechanisms for collecting and incorporating structured human feedback
• Improve ML infrastructure to accelerate experimentation and deployment

• Have experience training and deploying ML models in production environments
• Are fluent in Python, PyTorch, and modern ML tooling
• Operate with urgency and ownership, prioritizing practical impact over perfection

• Come from a top‑tier computer science or engineering program (Bachelor's)

Compensation: Base + Equity
