We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled AI Product Management Lead to own the product strategy, roadmap and execution of the AI product portfolio. This role sits in our AI organization and reports to the Chief AI Products and Solutions Officer. You will develop and launch innovative products and solutions that deliver measurable business impact and address real-world client challenges. This is a hands-on leadership role blending strategic leadership, technical understanding and business acumen to build AI products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy, Roadmap & Execution: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the AI product portfolio; drive the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities; align development with evolving client needs and business priorities; own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to requirements, design, launch and post-launch analysis.
• Communication and Influence: Articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences; align diverse perspectives and deliver at speed and scale.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Build and lead a team of product managers; act as the central hub for cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, design, marketing and sales) to ensure alignment and execution of product priorities.
• Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of healthcare innovation; foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement within the team and broader AI function.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering or in a relevant field such as MBA; minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical/AI product management with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of data science and machine learning techniques to collaborate effectively with data scientists and ML engineers; practical experience with predictive AI, generative AI and agentic AI to transform and drive value.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a technical team; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams and with clients; strong strategic thinking with attention to detail.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing, commercial and sales functions in biotech, pharma or healthcare; experience with agency/consulting environments is desirable.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $220,000.00-$240,000.00
