Base pay range: $175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

The Role

As an Associate on the technology and software team based in our San Francisco office, you will support day-to-day M&A, capital raising, restructuring, debt advisory and financial advisory deal processes. You will learn core investment banking knowledge and expand analytical, communication, marketing, and sales skills. Responsibilities include creating financial models, drafting pitch and marketing materials, participating in client presentations, training, and managing Analysts. You will help ensure high-quality work and act as a role model to Analysts by identifying training opportunities and monitoring work quality. The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure. You will play a critical role on transaction teams and contribute to client outcomes. We support your career goals with feedback and opportunities for growth.

Preferred Experience
  • At least 3–5 years of experience with M&A transactions in the technology and software sector

Working Arrangement
