We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of the Sync Core. Synchronizer provides native, real-time, bidirectional synchronization between numerous EHR systems of record and NexHealth's harmonized central database. This foundation enables healthcare innovators to focus on improving patient experiences and outcomes—while we handle the underlying infrastructure.
This is step two in our three-step master plan. You'll be responsible for raising engineering quality and execution velocity across the organization, making it easier and faster to create and extend Synchronizers. The role involves working closely with multiple engineering teams and product managers to define the next‑generation Synchronizer API offering.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about solving novel, complex challenges. No prior experience in health tech is required.
