Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the building and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experience
• Process all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and fees
• Provide administrative support to include filing, data entry, and mailing. Ensure confidentiality of all data
• Handle and resolve guests complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data
• Provide security to ensure the Kroc Center and Railton Place are safe and secure by ensuring authorized entry by checking in and out all guests
• Review security monitors and report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to management
• Assist with emergencies and crisis situations including but not limited to fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergencies
• Maintain cleanliness of facility and conduct all mandatory safety checks
• Ensure that events, programs, and activities begin and end on time, providing support as needed
• Responsible for all opening and closing duties
• Assist Kroc Center, Railton Place, and Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports
• Accept mail and packages for Kroc Center staff and Railton Place residents
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Other related duties as required

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Skills And Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literate with proficient typing skills
• Able to perform job functions with a proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, fine judgment
• Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese (preferred)
• Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. (usually file boxes)
