Associate Attorney (Workers' Compensation)

  • Intake, Evaluate, Manage, and Litigate workers' compensation matters

  • Draft and file applications, declarations, and WCAB pleadings

  • Analyze medical reports and ratings; coordinate with DEU and medical-legal providers

  • Manage case strategy and provide clear communication with clients

  • Case Appearances in court

  • Collaborate with firm staff and legal team

  • At least 1 year of experience in California workers' compensation (Required)

  • Self-motivated and capable of managing caseload

  • On-Site (Firm HQ in San Francisco)

  • Strong knowledge of Law

  • Ability to provide sound Legal Advice

  • Professional and courteous candidate to all points of contact including colleagues, clients, and court staff

  • Experience in conducting thorough research

  • Proficient in Negotiations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school


Compensation: $95,000-$135,000/ Salary DOE + Discretionary Bonus
