Senior Embedded Systems Engineer – Wearable Biosensing Devices

A pioneering biotech startup is seeking a Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to help bring a next-gen wearable health monitoring device to life. You will be designing firmware & electronics hardware for a novel device with industry leading potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead embedded SW development for a low-power wearable platform
• Design and prototype microcontroller-based systems (ARM Cortex, Nordic, STM32)
• Enable seamless sensor integration & data acquisition
• Debug and tune embedded hardware for accuracy & reliability
• Create technical documentation and test protocols

Key Skills/Experience

• Strong command of C/C++ (firmware)
• Python (validation/data analysis)
• Wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi etc.)
• Hands-on with lab tools: oscilloscopes, debuggers, test benches
• Ability to work in agile, fast-moving environments
• Experience with either Wearables/Biosensing/Medical device design

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304)
