Join a fast-growing startup transforming the Healthcare payments space with AI-driven revenue cycle management solutions. They are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to own their infrastructure function with the long-term goal of building out their infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO, Software Engineers, and ML Engineers
• Fully own their infrastructure end to end
• Ensure scalability and reliability as they go through rapid growth
• Contribute to platform security and compliance (HIPPA, SOC-2)
• Define and track SLOs/SLA for reliability, productivity and security

Requirements

• Experience leading/owning an infrastructure function
• Strong skills in Python, Go, Bash, GCP, Terraform, GKE, CI/CD pipelines
• Product-driven and high ownership mindset
• HealthTech or early-stage startup experience is a plus
