The Project Manager is the key person fully responsible for the coordination and management of a project from award to close‑out. The role aligns with DHRG's mission, vision, core values, leadership competencies, and norms.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and be accountable for all day‑to‑day operations and communication to ensure timely completion within budget (60%).
Ensure timely initialization and completion of Contract Routing Process.
Participate in Post‑Award to fully understand the project and delegate necessary tasks.
Delegate buy‑out of subcontractors and materials and hold accountable for deliverables.
Delegate tasks that correspond to Operations, Project Engineering, Administration, and Accounting.
Initiate Preconstruction meetings.
Lead weekly project coordination sessions.
Oversee project close‑out.
Conduct post‑construction meetings.
Cost Management (25%)
Manage variance reports.
Approve invoices.
Manage change orders.
Handle billing.
Produce reporting.
Forecast revenue.
Client Relationships (5%)
Outreach and communication with clients.
Build and maintain relationships.

Education
Degree in Construction Management.
Degree in Engineering.
Higher National Diploma or Higher National Certificate.
Professional Qualifications and Experience
5 to 7 years of experience in Project Management.
3 to 5 years of experience in the Concrete Construction field.
Contract language review and analysis.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Understand scheduling software.
Forecast monthly revenue.
Develop estimates for change order work.
Analyze variance reports for cost controls.
Languages
Fluent in written and spoken English; bilingual preferred.
