The Role

As a Staff Frontend Engineer (Innovations), you'll:

• Lead the design and development of new web and mobile products (React, React Native, TypeScript).
• Work closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers to craft world‑class user experiences.
• Rapidly test and iterate on new product ideas that will define the company's next growth phase.
• Own architecture, mentor engineers, and elevate frontend standards company‑wide.
• Operate in a true startup environment—fast, collaborative, and high‑ownership.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of frontend experience with React, React Native, and exposure to Kotlin/Swift.
• Proven experience shipping scalable, high‑performance web/mobile applications.
• Strong with modern tooling (TypeScript, CI/CD, state management).
• Thrive in fast‑moving environments, value deep collaboration, and take pride in high‑quality design.
