Overview

Construction Project Manager - San Francisco at Harmon

Drive critical project tasks and processes to completion by leveraging independent judgment and strategic collaboration. You will manage scope, tasks, and processes on small-to-mid sized projects by working closely with internal teams and general contractors. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all stages of a projects lifecycle to ensure integrity of key processes, tasks, and project schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with experienced project managers, field teams, and clients over a projects lifecycle to ensure a project is on track and profitable.
  • Complete tasks to enable regional leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key metrics/results.
  • Drive accountability to process consistency aligned with Harmons best practices.
  • Apply technical expertise to mitigate loss and predict challenges proactively.

Experience

  • Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business required
  • 5-8 years experience in project management in the curtainwall or the glass and glazing industry
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience

Salary

Salary Range: $130,000/yr - $145,000/yr
