HVAC Maintenance Technician

As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in our team's success by troubleshooting and resolving heating and cooling issues, explaining the installation process to customers, and coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. In this role, you'll perform HVAC maintenance and repairs while recommending multiple service options to customers to ensure we meet their needs and preferences. You'll work cross functionally with coordinators to provide exceptional customer service and help streamline company operations by providing detailed recording keeping for future service projects. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately diagnose issues and clearly explain the installation process to customers, providing multiple offering and pricing options based on their needs and preferences
• Perform maintenance and repairs while delivering the highest standards of craftsmanship and cleanliness
• Through our best-in-class training, learn to take on more advanced projects
• Provide detailed record keeping and reporting for the benefit of customers and company operations
