Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Residential Leasing Agent located in Berkeley and San Francisco, with some work in the San Francisco office (100 Bush St., San?Francisco), and some work doing onsite leasing (1752 Shattuck, Berkeley). The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, conducting property tours, preparing lease agreements, and assisting with lease administration. Other day?to?day tasks include social media marketing, maintaining positive relationships with residents, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring properties are well?maintained. The Leasing Agent will also collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with residential leasing


• Comfortable with property management software, especially Appfolio


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team


• Skilled with social media posts


• Familiarity with UC Berkeley and student housing a plus

Salary: $81,000 - $133,000
